Tip of the Week: Creating a Holiday Centerpiece

TIP OF THE WEEK:
The holidays are quickly approaching and I love this time of year. I love decorating my home and inviting people to share in the holiday spirit with me. To that end, having a table that looks pretty and festive is easy to do. Below are some ideas for creating centerpieces with things you already have laying around your home!

1. Place ball ornaments on candleholders, instead of candles. Use candlesticks of varying heights and place around the table! Beautiful and unique.
2. Place old glass ornaments in a bowl or on a tray. Add sprigs of evergreen, pine cones, and berries.
3. Remember the paper bag luminaries? Well, now you can use white paper bags, add a decorative border and place votive candles in them. They provide a warm glow around your table!
4. And my favorite, cranberries and votive candles on a tray. Simple and elegant!

Great ideas, low budget, and easy to execute! Good luck!
